In emergency situations, such as your car being submerged in water, due to high pressures, opening the car door is not possible, and breaking it is almost impossible.
Breakout has a tungsten steel head which is sharp enough to break through any glass, even underwater, and a cutter to rip open your seatbelt.

No, you don't need a converter, our CO detector has dual voltage (110-220V) support so will work anywhere as long as you bring an adapter.
